Local Rockford Partners have teamed up with the ASK (Asking Saves Kids) Campaign to encourage all Rockford parents to ASK if there is a gun where their child plays. Chairpeople Geri Alten of the Violence Prevention Collaborative and Lisa Hodges of the Park District Police led a successful meeting in which plans to implement the ASK message over the next nine months were formulated.
